Woody and the OWS Album...lo Sirito Continua#2

E’ Domenica mattina, mi preparo per la partita dell’Irlanda ( è la mia squadra a questi europei-delle-banche), un buon caffè ed un giro on-line per vedere “che c’é” in giro. Molta roba è attraente, ma vi suggerisco di dare un’occhiata al sito musicforoccupy.org e la loro recente produzione. Un Cd Box, con 4 Cd e con 99 bands e viene venduto on-line ( per il solo mercato americano, sorry ) a $9.99 e che è destinato a raccogliere i fondi per continuare a sostenere il movimento Occupy Wall Street (OWS). Sullo statment vi lascio alle loro parole:

Our Mission is to inspire and celebrate through music the Occupy Wall Street movement and the 99% who’ve been adversely affected by the economic corruption that has permeated our Democracy, created a near insurmountable disparity in wealth, and hindered life, liberty, justice and the pursuit of an honest living for all. Music For Occupy is in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street, and all proceeds above board attained through the production and distribution of “Occupy This Album: a compilation of music by, for and inspired by the Occupy Wall Street movement and the 99%” will go directly towards the needs of sustaining this growing movement.

…però è bello vedere che convivono insieme il vecchio Willie Nelson, bella A Paeceull Solution, Debby Harry e il punk degli Anti-Flag
